Do try it at home and share your experience with us.Ingredients:100 ml Buttermilk1 tsp Vanilla Essence¼ Cup Oil¾ Cup Wheat flour1½ tbsp Cocoa powder½ tbsp Ginger powder50 gms Melted chocolate 100 ml Powder jaggery½ tsp Baking sodaSalt to taste1 tsp Lemon juice 50 gms/ ½cup Chocochips Walnuts to sprinkle on top Method:Sift wheat flour, cocoa powder, ginger powder. baking soda, salt and keep aside. Add powder jaggery to this.In a bowl, take the buttermilk, oil and vanilla essence and mix.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix slowly with a whisk.Add melted chocolate, lemon juice, choco chips and give it a mix.Preheat oven at 180°C for 10 mins.Pour batter into muffin tins and sprinkle some walnuts.
