INGREDIENTS

Momo chutney
2 Tomato
3-4 garlic clove
2 red chilli whole
½ onion
¼ cup water
1 tsp oil
1 tsp sugar
⅓ tsp salt
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp vinegar

Momo filling
2 tsp oil
2 green chilli
1 tsp garlic ginger paste
1 medium size onion
½ cup shimla mirch finely chopped
½ cup carrots grated finely chopped
3 cup cabbage finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp momo sauce

For dough
150 gm whole wheat flour
25 gm all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
Water to knead the dough
