Will Coleman Makes Crispy Hot Honey Salmon #shorts

Salmon and hot honey are a delicious match that we could never refuse. Will Coleman shares his go-to recipe, complete with top-tier sizzle sounds.

INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons chili oil or hot sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1- 6 to 8-ounce salmon filet
2 tablespoon avocado oil, or any high smoke point oil
Kosher salt
Cilantro, for serving
Fresh lime juice, for serving

In a medium bowl, whisk together chili oil or hot sauce with honey until well combined. Set aside and place a large stainless steel pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, place the salmon onto a cutting board and pat dry on all sides with a paper towel.

Once the pan is hot, add oil and place salmon skin side down. Season lightly with kosher salt and sear each side for 3 minutes, or until the salmon releases from the pan easily and is slightly firm to the touch.

Remove salmon from the heat and coat with hot honey sauce. Place the salmon under the oven broiler and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce loosens.
