Will Coleman shares his go-to recipe, complete with top-tier sizzle sounds.INGREDIENTS:3 tablespoons chili oil or hot sauce2 tablespoons honey1- 6 to 8-ounce salmon filet2 tablespoon avocado oil, or any high smoke point oilKosher saltCilantro, for servingFresh lime juice, for servingIn a medium bowl, whisk together chili oil or hot sauce with honey until well combined. Set aside and place a large stainless steel pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, place the salmon onto a cutting board and pat dry on all sides with a paper towel.Once the pan is hot, add oil and place salmon skin side down. Season lightly with kosher salt and sear each side for 3 minutes, or until the salmon releases from the pan easily and is slightly firm to the touch.Remove salmon from the heat and coat with hot honey sauce.
