Try this once and you may not miss the meat in your biryani. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3s6PQlUWinter Special Sabzi BiryaniServes 5-6Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Guar ki phalli (Cluster beans) 250g-Cooking oil Cup-Aalo (Potatoes) peeled & cubes 3 medium-Gajar (Carrots) batonnet cut 1 Cup-Matar (Peas) 1 Cup-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup-Biryani masala 2 tbs-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp or to taste-Laung (Cloves) 3-4-Sabut Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 4-5 -Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped handful -Hara dhania (Fresh Coriander) chopped handful-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs-Chawal (Rice) Sella 500g (soaked & boiled with salt,whole spices & green chillies)-Tamatar (Tomatoes) slices 10-12-Anday (Eggs) boiled & halved 4-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) -Podina (Mint leaves)-Pyaz (Onion) fried -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) tsp-Doodh (Milk) 2-3 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) -Podina (Mint leaves) Directions:-Peel fibrous thread from sides of cluster beans with the help of peeler,cut into 1inch pieces & set aside.-In a wok,add cooking oil,potatoes & fry on medium flame until light golden & take out in a bowl.-Add carrots & fry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & take out in the same bowl.-Add cluster beans and fry on medium flame for 1-2 minutes & take out in the same bowl.-Add peas and fry on medium flame for 1-2 minutes & take out in the same bowl & set aside.-In a bowl,add yogurt,biryani masala,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,whisk well & set aside.-In the same wok,add cloves,black peppercorns,cinnamon stick,green cardamom & mix well.-Add ginger garlic paste & mix well for a minute.-Add spiced yogurt mixture,mix well & cook for a minute.-Add fried onion (crush with the help of hand),mix well & cook until oil separates (1-2 minutes). -Now add fried vegetables & mix well.-Add cardamom powder,garam masala powder,green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander & mix well.-Add lemon juice & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes & set aside.-In a pot,add half quantity of boiled rice,tomato slices,prepared mix vegetables korma,boiled eggs, fresh coriander,mint leaves,remaining boiled rice,fried onion,cardamom powder & garam masala powder.-In orange food color,add milk and whisk well.-Add it in pot,fresh coriander,mint leaves,turn on the flame,cover & steam cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.-Serve with raita & salad!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Guar ki phalli ka fibrous thread ko peeler ki madad sa peel ker lein phir 1-2 inch pieces mein cut ker ka side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein cooking oil aur aalo dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein & bowl mein nikal lein.-Gajar dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein & same bowl mein nikal lein.-Gaur ki phalli dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein & same bowl mein nikal lein.-Matar dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein & same bowl mein nikal lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein dahi,biryani masala,haldi powder,lal mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Us he karahi mein laung,sabut kali mirch,darchini aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.-Spiced yogurt mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.-Fried pyaz (crush with the help of hand) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes). -Ab fried vegetables dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Elaichi powder,garam masala powder,hari mirchein,podina aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein boiled chawal ki half quantity,tamatar ka slices,tayyar mix vegetables kormaa,boiled anday,hara dhania,podina,remaining boiled chawal,fried pyaz,elaichi powder aur garam masala powder dal dein.-Zarda ka rang mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Pot mein dal dein,hara dhania aur podina dal dein,chulha on karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliyaa steam cook ker lein.-Raita aur salad ka saath seve karein!
