YORKSHIRE PUDDINGIngredients1 cup refined flour8 teaspoons olive oil 3 eggs1 cup milkSalt to tasteMethod1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Line a baking tray with 8 individual tart moulds.2. Pour 1 teaspoon olive oil in each mould. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.3. Break eggs in a plastic jar. Add milk, flour and salt and whisk well. Strain in another plastic jar, cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.4. Pour the egg mixture in tart moulds. Place the baking tray back in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.5.
