Yorkshire Pudding | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

YORKSHIRE PUDDING

Ingredients

1 cup refined flour
8 teaspoons olive oil
3 eggs
1 cup milk
Salt to taste

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Line a baking tray with 8 individual tart moulds.
2. Pour 1 teaspoon olive oil in each mould. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
3. Break eggs in a plastic jar. Add milk, flour and salt and whisk well. Strain in another plastic jar, cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
4. Pour the egg mixture in tart moulds. Place the baking tray back in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. Demould and serve hot.
