Ptak'S Swedish Meatballs


1. Mix egg into milk in a large mixing bowl. Add meats, celery salt, onion soup, bread crumbs, ketchup and steak sauce and mix well. Shape mixture into balls. Place in large skillet with about 1/2 inch of water. Cover and cook until browned.

2. In a crock pot, mix together gravy, sour cream and mushroom soup. Add meatballs and cook for at least 2 hours, but can be left all day.

3. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles.
