1. Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. 2. Combine spices and water in small bowl. 3. Heat oil in pan, add onions, cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add spice mixture, cook, until fragrant. 5. Add shrimp and tomatoes, cook until shrimp have changed colour and are just tender. 6.
