1. Marinate steak in shaoxing wine, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water. 2. Heat oil, stir-fry beef until meat separates. Set aside. 3. In the same pan, heat over high flame, ginger, garlic, red chilies, chili flakes and cumin and stir-fry until fragrant. Return the beef to the wok and stir well. Season with salt to taste. 4.
