100 Partner 300 lb Body Weight Squats (100 Squats A Day)

This is my take on Ted Carr's 100 Squats A Day challenge.

Using my girlfriend Brittany Taylor (116 lbs) as weight, I do 100 squats, for a total of 300 lbs of body weight squatting (just not all my body weight :)

Ideally, I'd like to get slightly lower into the squats, but I find that my ability to get down farther is limited by my need to keep my spine erect enough to hold Brittany in an upright position on my shoulders. This seems to be more of a limiting factor than strength.

I hope to improve my upper spinal flexibility a bit and hopefully go lower over time while still keeping Brittany upright on my shoulders.
