This delicious Kerala breakfast made using roasted, crushed rice can be had with papad and bananas.

Ingredients:
Roasted and crushed palakkadan matta rice
3 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 dried red chilies
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
2-3 curry leaves
1/2 tsp ginger chopped
1 green chilies chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of chopped spring onions
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp grated coconut
