So exceedingly rare to find an original of this book; however there are re-prints in paperback form from the 1980s available on Amazon. This cocktail recipe is from the dawn of Vodka Cocktail recipes - Vodka was embraced by European bartenders first and they played around with how to mix vodka into cocktails.
