1940 Spaghetti Aquitania Recipe - Glen And Friends Old Cookbook Show
Today's slice of culinary history comes from the corporate flipside of the community cookbook recipes that we normally do. Today Glen will cook a baked spaghetti recipe from the Caruso Recipes cookbook. This baked pasta and cottage cheese recipe is a real slice of comfort food.

2 eggs
½ cup well buttered bread crumbs
1 cup cooked diced carrots
1 cup cottage cheese
¾ cup top milk
2 tbsps. minced parsley or green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsps. grated onion
2 tbsps. minced pimiento
Cook spaghetti and drain. Add remaining ingredients in order given and mix. Place into a well greased loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes. unmold onto serving platter. garnish, and serve with finely chopped pecans, almonds, and walnuts mixed as a sprinkle.
