Thin Sushi Rolls
300 g cooked rice
sushinoko
1/23 sheets nori (seaweed)
soy sauce
1 cucumber
100 g toro (tuna belly)
scallions
takuan (pickled daikon)

Directions
1. Season the rice with sushinoko.
2. Cut the cucumber into quarters lengthwise.
3. Put nori on a makisu (bamboo sushi mat), add the rice, coriander sauce, and cucumber, and roll.
4. Cut the takuan into strips 1cm thick, and repeat the steps for 3.
5. Thinly slice the scallions and combine with the toro, and repeat the steps for 3.
6. Cut the rolls into bite-size pieces.
