Chan-chan Yaki
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
2 cabbage leaves
1/4 carrot
garlic chives
2 Tbsp miso
1 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp sake

Directions
1.Combine the miso, mirin, and sake.
2. Cut the salmon in half, coarsely chop the cabbage, thinly slice the carrots, and cut the garlic chives in 4-5cm pieces.
3. Cover a toaster oven pan with aluminum foil, brush it with oil (not listed), add cabbage, salmon, cabbage, carrot, and garlic chives in that order, pour 1 on top, and cover with aluminum foil.
4. Cook in the toaster oven for 15 minutes.
