Stir-fried Chicken & Green Peppers
Ingredients
150g chicken breast
potato starch
2 bell peppers
100g boiled bamboo shoot
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp water
1+1/2 Tbsp mentsuyu
1tsp oyster sauce

Directions
1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, and dredge in potato starch.
2. Cut the bell peppers and boiled bamboo shoot into thin strips.
3. Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan, and cook 1 and 2.
4. Continue cooking and add chicken bouillon, water, mentsuyu, and oyster sauce.
