Mix until everything is well incorporated.When you are ready to build your sandwich, layer the butter lettuce on the bottom layer of the bread, top with turkey salad, pop on the top and enjoy!*You will have enough salad to make more then one sandwich.Turkey Club Sandwich2 slices of whole grain bread (sourdough is also great)1 tablespoon of mayonnaisebig handful of baby spinach2 ounces leftover turkey2-3 slices of tomato2 slices organic, nitrate free bacon1/4 avocado, sliced Divide the mayo between the top and bottom of your bread. Layer the bottom of the bread with baby spinach (I like to pile it on!).Next layer on the tomato, turkey, bacon and avocado. Pop on the top and gently slice in half. Enjoy!Turkey Apple + Cheddar Sandwich1 tablespoon whole grain mustard1 tablespoon of hummusbig handful of fresh arugula2 ounces leftover turkey1 ounce sliced cheddar cheese1/2 small green apple, thinly sliced2 slices whole grain breadSpread the mustard on the bottom half of the bread and the hummus on the top half of the bread.Layer arugula over the bottom half then top with turkey, cheese, and apple.
