Leek has a mild onion flavour and it can be the substitute for the spring onioni / scallions. They are good source of vitamins A, C & K. It also a good source of dietary fibre. Today, I used leeks to make four different chinese dish. They are: Leek Omelette, Leek pancake, fry fish with leek sauce and stir fry tofu with leek.
