Recipe 1: Tomato Rasam Recipe - No Tamarind
Ingredients
5-6 Fenugreek Seeds
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Pepper Corns
1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
1 tablespoon Tur Dal
5 pods Garlic
3 Red Chillies
2 sprig Curry Leaves
1/8 teaspoon Asafoetida
4-5 Tomatoes, ripe
2-1/4 cups Water
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Ghee
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
Coriander Leaves

Recipe 2: Jeera Rasam
Ingredients
1-1/2 tablespoon Jeera
1 tablespoon Tur Dal
8-10 Red Chillies
1 Tomato
2 sprig Curry Leaves
1/4 cup Tamarind Pulp
500 ml Water
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves

Recipe 3: Drumstick Rasam
Ingredients
1/2 cup Tomato, puree
2 Drumsticks
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1/2 cup Tamarind Pulp
1-1/2 tablespoon Rasam Powder
1 teaspoon Powdered Jaggery
1 teaspoon Oil
