Today's menu is panna cotta topped with raspberry.It was so delish I devoured them all before I could film the finished shot.lol I had to shoot again to show you the finished dish!This is an easy recipe, a perfect summer dessert!It's great even without the raspberries, so give this a try!If you like it, please click 'Like' and Subscribe. http://bit.ly/1DnVQs7* Ingredients (4 served)panna cotta: 200ml milk, 200ml heavy cream, 4g gelatin, 1 vanilla bean, 50g sugarraspberry sauce(*optional): 100g raspberry, 20g sugar, a little of lemon juice* Recipe1. Soften gelatin in water in a bowl.2. Put the milk, heavy cream and sugar to simmer in a pot.3. Bring to boil, then add the vanilla bean, gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.4. Remove from the heat and let cool for 5min.5.
