They taste and look amazing. Here are some tips to remember when you make these.1. Rinse and completely dry your strawberries before attempting to dip them in the chocolate. Chocolate doesn't stick well to wet strawberries.2. Make sure to completely cool the strawberries with the first white coating. Place them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. This will ensure that the colors don't bleed together.3. Once the white chocolate has melted and you have stirred it completely smooth, you can remove it from the heat or turn it off. You don't want to burn the chocolate or have it seize up on you. If it seizes up on you, (it gets real thick and lumpy). Take it off the heat and let it cool a bit. Then stir in some more shortening to thin it out.Have fun with this and don't forget to leave me a comment!Happy strawberry making!Rockin RobinP.S.
