*Microwave cooking times may vary due to wattage; use the timings below as a guide.

METHOD

For the fridge tiramisu bites:
1. Lightly grease a square baking dish (20cm) with non-stick cooking spray.

For the frozen tiramisu bites:
2. Lightly grease a square baking dish (20cm) with non-stick cooking spray. Neatly line with plastic wrap, ensuring the plastic hangs over the sides. *Chefs Tip: Greasing the dish first makes lining the dish easier!
3. In a large bowl, whisk the chilled cream with an electric hand mixer for 4-5 minutes until stiff peaks form. *Chefs Tip: Ice cold cream whips best!
4. Mix 1 tablespoon of NESTL Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk with tablespoon of NESCAF Classic Original until combined.
5. Add the coffee condensed milk mixture, along with the remaining NESTL Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk to the whipped cream. Gently fold to combine. Refrigerate until needed. *Chefs Tip: Dont over mix otherwise the mixture will become too runny!
6. In a medium bowl, dissolve the remaining NESCAF Classic Original in cup of boiling water. Cool for 5 minutes. *Chefs Tip: Replace NESCAF Classic Original with NESCAF Classic Strong for a more intense coffee flavour!
7. Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee mixture, one at a time for 2-3 seconds, ensuring the biscuits are coated evenly. Line the base of the baking dish with the soaked biscuits. *Chefs Tip: Dont over-soak the biscuits to avoid sogginess and breaking!
8. Spread half of the whipped mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth out with a spoon. Repeat this layering once more.
9. Using a small sieve, dust the cocoa powder over the tiramisu.
For the fridge tiramisu bites:
10. Refrigerate the tiramisu for 5 hours until firmly set.

For the frozen tiramisu bites:
11. Freeze for 5 hours or overnight until firm. Once frozen, allow the frozen tiramisu to sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes. Remove the dessert from the dish by lifting it out with the overhanging plastic.
12. Cut the tiramisu into 2cm x 4cm portions and garnish with a mint leaf. Serve with a cup of NESCAF Classic Original and ENJOY!
