Today we'll learn how to make 5 different types of raitas for this navratri. These raita is most easy, simple, healthy and quick and can be eaten during fast/vrat.
Try these flavorful, refreshing and cooling raitas recipe as a side dish and add coolness to your meal.

Serve (1-2 person)

Potato Raita ( रायता)

Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Boil Potato () - 2 small
Rock salt (सेंधा नमक ) – 1 tsp or as per taste
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 1 chopped
Black Pepper (काला नमक) - 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cumin Seeds (भुना हुआ जीरा बीज) - to garnish
Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) – 1 tsp

Beetroot Raita (चुकंदर रायता )

Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Beetroot Raita (चुकंदर रायता ) - 3 tbsp
Cucumber (खीरा) - 2 tbsp
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 1 chopped
Rock salt (सेंधा नमक ) – 1 tsp or as per taste
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 1 chopped
Black Pepper (काला मिर्च) - 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cumin Seeds (भुना हुआ जीरा बीज) - to garnish

Pineapple raita (अनन्नास रायता )

Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Pineapple (अनन्नास) - 4 tbsp
Sugar (चीनी)- 2 tsp (as per taste)
Apple (सेब) - 1 tbsp
Grapes (अंगूर) - 10-12
Sugar (चीनी)- 1 tsp
Black Pepper - for ganish


Pudina Raita (पुदीना रायता)

Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Pudina Chutney (पुदीना चटनी) - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) – 1 tsp
Pudina Leaves (पुदीना पत्ते) - 1 tsp
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 1 chopped
Rock salt (सेंधा नमक ) - 1/4 tsp or as per taste

Makhane Raita (मखाना रायता )

Curd (दही ) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Makhane (मखाना) - 15-20
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 1 chopped
Black Pepper (काला मिर्च) - 1/4 tsp
