Mutton 1kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tbs
Biryani masala 65 gram
Yoghurt half cup
Garam masala 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric half tsp
Oil half cup
Yellow food colour 1tsp
Orange food colour 1pinch
Tomatoes 2 medium
Onion 1 large
Green chillies as per taste
Mint and coriander fresh as required
Rice 1kg
Salt 2 tbs
Chinese salt half tsp
Cinnamon sticks (daar chini) 1
Cumin (zera)1 tsp
Black pepper(kaali mirchain) 1 tsp
Cloves(long) 3 or 4
Bay leaves (tez pattay) 1
Staranise(badiaan) 1 or 2
Green Cardamom (hari elaichi) 2 or 3
Oil 1 tbs
Vinegar 1 tsp
For layering
Milk 1 tsp in each layer
Lemon juice 1 tsp in each layer
Biryani masala just sprinkle a little in each layer
Ghee on final layer 2 tbs
Kewra water half tsp
Rose water half tsp
