The final episode of congee theme week on Aaron's China Guide brings us lotus and peanut congee. In Mandarin, it's called Hua Sheng Ou Pian Pai Gu Zhou 花生藕片排骨粥 . The lotus root and peanut give the congee a nice crunch and this time they gave me some spicy seasoning to add to make it even more delicious. There is also pork ribs in this one. Give it a try.
