Aaron's China Guide E72 - 毛血旺 - Duck blood spicy soup | Aaron Sawich

Some strange food on today's Aaron's China Guide. Mao xue wang 毛血旺 or duck blood spicy soup is a popular Sichuan food, Chongqing food, and Chinese food. It's also one of my favorite dishes here. Good for groups and for people who like spicy food. xue 血 means blood in Mandarin. There's duck blood, meat, veggies, peppercorns, and chilis to give it that ma la 麻辣 taste. Ma la means spicy and numbing. Give it a try if you come to China. I hope you enjoy my Chinese food eating video.
