After a 6 month absence, Aaron's China Guide is back doing restaurant videos again. We go to a Guizhou restaurant in search of some delicious Guizhou cuisine. Guizhou food is called qian cai 黔菜. Its cuisine is spicy like Chongqing food, but has a noticeable pepper flavor in a lot of its dishes. We try a hot pot type dish with cow stomach, pig stomach, and intestine. The name of this in Mandarin is miao chu xia fan men guo 苗厨下饭焖锅. We also try a boiled cabbage dish with bacon. The name of this dish in Mandarin is you zha lian bai 油渣莲白.
