Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Sooji - 4 tbsp
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Water -1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds (crushed ) - 1/2 tsp
For sugar syrup :
Sugar - 1 cup
Water -1 cup
Saffron - 1 pinch (optional)

Process:
1.Mix all the ingredients and rest it for 30 minutes
2. Add sugar and water in a pan
3. Boil it for 10 mins on low flame and turn off the flame
4. Mix the batter Once
5. Pour the batter in pan like this
6. Cook it on low-medium flame
7. Fry it from both the sides.
8. Put the Malpua in sugar syrup
9. Rest it for 15 minutes
10. Ready to serve
