Make your everyday menu exciting with this fabulous sabzi prepared with raw bananas. AJWAINI KACHCHE KELE KI SABZIIngredients1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)3-4 raw bananas2 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seedsA pinch of fenugreek seeds1½ tbsps crushed ginger-garlic-green chilli10-12 curry leaves½ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powderSalt to taste2 tsps lemon juice1 tsp sugar2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for serving Paranthe for serving Method1. Peel the raw bananas and cut them into 1 inch thick strips. Place them in a bowl of water.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ajwain, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds and sauté for a few seconds.3. Add crushed ginger-garlic-green chilli and curry leaves and sauté for a minute.4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt and sauté for few seconds5. Drain the raw banana strips and add into the pan and mix till well combined. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes or till the raw banana is cooked completely.6. Drizzle ¼ cup water, mix, and cover and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes more.7. Add 2 tsps lemon juice, 1tsp sugar, 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander and mix8.
