Add the liquids ( vanilla, maple syrup, and coconut milk.)Then add the dry ingredients ( flour mixture) to the mixing bowl and combine. Add the chocolate chips and mix in.Drop dough by spoonfuls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Do not over cook. Cookies will be soft in the middle.Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on baking pan before removing them to wax paper to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
