Vanilla extractDirection:Place whipping cream and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and whip with a hand mixer until soft peaks have been reached.Add yogurt, peanut butter, and honey, and mix until fully incorporated. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the chopped chocolate chips and fold in.Can eat this now but is better when chilled. Will keep 4 to 5 days covered in the refrigerator. If you want to try freezing it, you will have to let it thaw for 15 minutes or so to be able to scoop it out.
