Grind everything to a coarse paste. Add little water if required.- Transfer the chana dal paste into a bowl.- Add grated raw mango, coriander leaves, salt & sugar to the chana dal paste. Mix everything well.- For tempering, heat some oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves & turmeric powder.- Add the tempering to the chana dal mixture and mix everything well.- Ambe Dal is ready to serve!
