Red Chilli powder1 tbsp. Asafoetida1 tbsp. Carom seeds, crushed1 tbsp. Ginger & garlic paste3 tbsp. Gram flour1 tbsp. Refined flour1 tbsp. Corn flour1 tsp. Turmeric powder1 tsp. Chaat masala1 Lemon juiceSalt, as required2-3 tbsp. WaterFor the Onion Chutney:-½ cup coriander leaves1 Green chilli2 whole lemons, juiced1 tbsp. Chaat masala½ tsp. Salt1 cup Onions, dicedMethod:-- Grind the onion chutney ingredients in a mixer grinder to a coarse paste.
