Ingredient for Chicken Marination:
Chicken boneless (cube cut) ½ kg
Chilli garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper powder1 tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Cold Milk Butter:
Flour 4 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cold milk1 cup
Paprika powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Coating:
Kurkurey as required
Arabian rice (boiled) 2 cup
Cloves 5
Green cardamom 5
Oil 2 tbsp
Green masala ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Yellow food colour (pinch)
Kurkurey as required
Directions for Chicken Marination:
In a bowl add chicken boneless cube cut, chilli garlic sauce, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper, paprika, vinegar, mustard paste and mix them well and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Directions for Cold Milk Butter:
In a bowl add flour, corn flour, baking powder, cold milk, paprika powder, salt, chilli garlic sauce and mix them well now keep it aside.
Now take the marinated chicken dip into milk butter then into kurkurey crumbs and do this for 2 times.
Now deep fry for about 6 to 8 minutes on low medium flame until light golden brown then take it off.
Directions for Arabian Rice:
In a pot add oil heat up it then add cloves , green cardamom, garam masala, salt and stir it for about 1 to 2 minutes then add boiled rice, yellow food colour and cover it with the lid for 5 to 10 minutes.
Directions for Assembling:
In a platter add Arabian rice then hot shots drizzle sauce and top up with kurkurey.
Your kurkurey hot shots with Arabian rice are ready to serve.
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
