Arbi Kofta Curry is tasty masala curry recipe made from seasonal leafy vegetable "Arbi'. These Colocasia Leaves are mixed with other ingredients & made kofta out of them which are steamed. This steamed Arbi Kofta Curry is extremely delicious in taste & can be prepared at home during the rainy season.

Ingredients:
- 5 Colocasia Leaves (Arbi Leaves)
- 1/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1/4 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2-3 tbsp Water

- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Green Chillies (hand-torn)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 3 Tomatoes (boiled & pureed)
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder

- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
-Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
