This is Sascha Edge, one of the most inspiring athletes youll ever meet. At the age of 43, Sascha took up running and completed his first ever marathon in 3 hours and 58 minutes. Then, he got faster every single year until setting his current personal best time of 2 hours and 47 minutes at 54 years old!

Saschas run 10 consecutive Chicago Marathons, setting a PB (personal best) in each race (yes, he got faster every year!), hes won countless age group titles, competed in the World Marathon Majors Age Group World Championship, and is a World Marathon Major Six Star Finisher.

In this week's episode, we talk about all of that. Plus, his emotional 2013 Boston Marathon experience, his incredible 81-year-old mother Trisha who runs 40+ miles per week, and his plans to get faster and run a 2:45 marathon this year at age 56!!
