Check out the ingredients.Asian Turkey Cauliflower Rice Bowl RecipeIngredients:1 lb. ground turkey1 head cauliflower, organic1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces3 carrots, organic, shredded onion, diced1 zucchini cut into 1 inch pieces1 red bell pepper, diced2 cups organic broccoli, cut into floretsOlive oil1 tsp. Garlic powder, dividedsaltSauce: cup coconut aminos heaping Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced1 Tbsp. sesame oil of the garlic powderDirections:Place a large frying pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. Of olive oil. Swirl the pan to coat it with the oil as it heats up. Add the turkey and break it up with a spatula. Season with salt and of the garlic powder. Cook the turkey until it is no longer pink.While the turkey is cooking, combine the coconut aminos, ginger, sesame oil and garlic powder in a bowl and whisk to combine.Add about half of the sauce to the turkey and stir to combine. Place the turkey in a covered bowl to keep warm.In the same frying pan add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and once the oil is hot, add the onion and saute for 3 minutes stirring frequently. Then add the cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, salt and garlic powder. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes on low with the lid on.After 5 minutes add the asparagus,the zucchini and the rest of the sauce. Stir this in and cover for another 5 minutes. Test the veggies with a fork to your desired doneness. Add the turkey back to the pan and stir to combine and heat through.
