Delicious halwa recipe made using whole wheat flour.ATTE KA HALWAIngredients 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)1 cup ghee 1 tablespoon semolina1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons finely chopped mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios and cashewnuts)½ teaspoon green cardamom powderMethod1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add wheat flour, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. 2. Add semolina, mix and cook till dark golden brown, stirring continuously. Add sugar, mix and cook till it melts and mixture slightly thickens. 3. Add 4 cups hot water, mix and cook till the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
