Have you ever tried plant based fine dining? This exclusive event by Organic Livity was superb, with multiple courses of intricate dishes specially designed by chef Sidney Marton and his team. I had to leave a bit early so I missed out on the last two dessert courses, which sounded amazing - pecan praline sponge, carob pecan tart, coconut creme, Reunion Island vanilla chantilly and sorbet coulis. Then Creole hot chocolate with pain au beurre, purple carrot cake, macarons, hibiscus grenadine limonene and exotic fruits.
