Ingredients (Makes 12-15):100g unsalted vegan butter180g dark brown sugar100g chocolate chips250g self-raising flour Pinch of salt 80ml vegan milk This week, it's all about delectable chocolate chip cookies that are easy to make, vegan, dairy free and egg free. All you need is one bowl and a few simple ingredients to make this recipe. If you're struggling to find dark chocolate chips, you can chop up a bar of dark chocolate (or any vegan chocolate) into small pieces. They are so good that even your non-vegan loved ones won't believe they're vegan. They taste a lot like the classic Maryland cookies but with a slightly chewy centre. Shape them freely by hand or use a cookie cutter - totally up to you - and bake in just 10 minutes. You can enjoy them warm straight out of the oven (they will be soft and chewy) or leave them to cool (they will become a bit more crunchy on the outside but still retain some chewiness in the centre).
