Baboon Exercise Before Eating

Doin the Baboon Boogie to wake up the body in preparation for a big banana smoothie

Getting some form of exercise before eating and especially before eating your biggest sweet meal brings many benefits including:
Improved digestion
Increased fat burning
Improved fitness habits
Sharper insulin function
Increased enjoyment of fruit

Sometimes I bust out some yoga, other times callisthenics, a little walk or jog or even some silly dancing to a good song

A little can really go a long way especially when you make it a habit!
