Baida Roti Recipe - Street Style Chicken Keema Baida Roti - Mumbai Street Food - Varun

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1/4 tsp Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 cup Chicken Mince
1/4 cup Coriander leaves, chopped
Dough
1 Egg
Salt
3 tbsp Oil for frying

For the dough
Oil
Water
Flour
Salt

Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, cook them for a minute until the raw flavor goes away.
Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, give it a good mix.
Add chicken mince, salt and mix well.
Cook till the keema is done.
Add coriander leaves, mix well and switch off the flame.
Make portions of the dough, apply some oil on the working table, pat well and roll it thin.
Break a egg in a glass, add 2-3 large spoon of the mince, salt and mix well.
Pour the mixture in the center of the rolled dough and envelope it.
Heat oil in a pan, place the parcel on it, allow it to cook on both sides for 30-40 seconds.

For the dough
Make a well of the dough, add salt, oil and knead it with water.
Our Dough is ready.
