Baingan ka bharta recipe, Capsicum Bharta recipe, Baingan ka bharta, Baingan bharta punajbi style | Kapoors Tadka

Today we make a recipe of Baingan ka bharta recipe or Capsicum Baingan ka bharta. Baingan ka bharta is a perfect vegetarian dish to go along with hot rotis or paranthas. Baingan ka bharta recipe is very quick and easy to prepare and delicious to eat. If we are talking about the punjabi menu, then you must have a Baingan bharta Punjabi style in it. There are different types of the recipe of this popular Baingan bharta recipe in Hindi. Large in size brinjals charred over an open flame are mashed and sauteed along with tomatoes and finely chopped capsicum garnish along with red chilli powder and other spices, garnished with coriander and crushed black pepper.

Ingredients of Capsicum Bharta
Eggplant (baingan) - 2 medium size approx. 500 grams
Tomato - 2 finely chopped
Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
Green chili - 1 finely chopped
Salt - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp

Baingan ka bharta recipe in Hindi Method:

* First roast the baingan on medium flame.
* Cool it and take out the skin of baingan.
* Take a Kadai put oil in it.
* Now add green chili and saute for a min.
* Add tomatoes and baingan.
* Mash well.
* Now add salt and Kashmiri red chili powder.
* Saute for 5 mins and keep on a medium flame for 5 mins more.
* Now add capsicum and black pepper powder.
* Saute for 2 mins more.
* Now your capsicum bharta is ready to serve hot with chapatis.
