All purpose flour -1.5 cups
Besan - 1/4 cup
Rice flour - 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Hot ghee - 5 tbsp

Masala presentation:
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
Black pepper - 12 to 14
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Dry coconut- 1/4 cup
Dry roast it for a minute
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Aamchur powder - 1 tbsp
Sev bhujiya - 2 tbsp

Chutney Preparation:
Tamarind paste - 2 tbsp
Jaggery/ sugar - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
