This recipe for banana ice cream with a chocolate shell is so easy, healthy and super quick to make! Control your sweet tooth with this single serving recipe! The frozen banana and coconut milk really do taste like creamy ice cream!

You'll need:
1 banana
2 tbls coconut milk
1/2 tbls coconut oil
1/2 tbls cocoa powder

Optional toppings - nuts, coconut flakes, etc
