I dont have a pizza oven but this has to come close!Three personal pizzas in under 20 minutes. Plus, everyone knows that pizza the next day, is just as good. Kinda feels like a meal prep All of the ingredients I got from @traderjoes (dough, sauces, pepperonis). I love the idea of making three different pizza combos at once, and when I saw this @goodcookcom I knew I wanted to try it. Plus, what a great tool for meal prep!These pizzas were cooked on my @pitbossgrills smoker for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. I think I need to play with the time/temp/dough thickness, but you better believe this isnt my last time smoking pizza!
