Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2. While preheating, slice peppers, onions, and steak fajita style.3. Arrange veggies onto a baking sheet.4. Drizzle olive oil over the sheet pan, add taco seasoning mix and mix well with your hands or tongs.5. Bake at 400 for 17-20 minutes.6. Add guac, or avocado, grab tortillas of Choice and you have lunch all week.
