Ingredients:

Chocolate Nice Cream:

3 bananas, cut into coins and frozen
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey
cup (60 ml) milk, of choice

Peanut Butter Nice Cream:

3 bananas, cut into coins and frozen
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
cup (60 ml) milk, of choice

Blueberry Nice Cream:

3 bananas, cut into coins and frozen
cup frozen blueberries
cup (120 ml) milk, of choice

Strawberry Nice Cream:

3 bananas, cut into coins and frozen
cup (75 g) frozen strawberries
cup (120 ml) milk, of choice
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:

Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream:

1. Cut bananas into coins and place in freezer in a sealable bag. Freeze overnight or until solid.

2. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

3. Pour contents into a loaf or small pan.

4. Freeze one hour or until solid. ENJOY!

Vanilla Banana Nice Cream:

1. Cut bananas into coins and place in freezer in a sealable bag. Freeze overnight or until solid.
