Bangalore Style Chicken Kebab Recipe | Chicken Kebab Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredients for Chicken Kebab Bangalore Style: Chicken - 500 gms (small pieces with bones) Lemon juice- 2 tsp Turmeric powder - pinch Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1.5 tsp Coriander Powder-1 tsp Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp Whisked curd/yogurt- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste- 1.5 tsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)- 1.5 tbsp Cornflour-1.5 tbsp Egg (small), whisked- 1 Rice Flour - 1.5 tbsp Oil- for deep frying Process:Step 1:Marination: Take curry cut (small pieces) of chicken with bones Add lemon juice Add Turmeric powder pinch, Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp, Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1.5 tsp, Coriander Powder-1 tsp, Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp, 1 TSP garam masala, Salt to taste Add All Purpose Flour (Maida)- 1.5 tbsp, Cornflour-1.5 tbsp, Rice Flour - 1.5 tbsp 1 Egg, whisked- 1 and mix it Add 2 TBSP curd Add 1 TSP ginger garlic paste Mix it nicely Cover & set aside in the refrigerator for an hour. Step 2 : Heat oil for deep frying in a kadhai or pan till medium hot Drop the battered pieces of chicken Add curry leaves and chillies Fry on medium heat Flip the pieces in the middle Fry the pieces for a total of 7-8 mins till crisp Serve as a starter==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
