BBQ Potatoes!!! So easy and so good... get your grill on! Recipe Here: https://dadsthatcook.com/recipe/chef-jasons-bbq-potatoes/I like making potatoes on the grill. How do you do that? I get a bag of these guys right here, like fingerlings, the red potatoes. It's kind of a mixed bag. So here's what I do with the potatoes. I'm just going to cut these in little bits. You don't have to cut them all if you don't want to. You can let them take a little longer. Throw that whole one in there, you know, when you got small ones, just throw them in.We're going to take about a half an onion. You go halfway down here, leave the other half over here. We don't need it. We're going to cut that end off, and peel that off like that. Like that, okay? And then we'll just go, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam. We want all these big chunks, because they're going to melt. Let's go with the red pepper now. Pop that thing like so, go right down the middle. Boom. Take out my little seed thing. Give it a little rinse job, get those seeds out, or you can go like that. Going to third these guys up a little. I think I'll stick another pepper in there, because we got a lot of potatoes. Make nice big chunks, because it's going on the grill. We're going to add a little garlic. We want to have about six or so cloves. Let's just crush all these here, real quick. So now I'm just going to do a rough chop on this stuff, okay? Put that in there. Olive oil, just eyeball it. Sprinkle some salt on it, some pepper. Coarse pepper. We grab our tin foil. Put that over there. Come here. We're going to close this stuff up. Make sure you put it on your Dads That Cook cutting board, so that way when you transfer, it doesn't all fall apart. All we got to do is go stick it on the grill and cook it. Look at that. Look at that potato. Does that look good? That looks awesome.Jason Glover is the original Dad That Cooks and owns and operates Splash Digital Media.
