BEANS PUTTU | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Combination of french beans and dal is very unique and goes very well with diet consicious people.

Ingredients:
Beans 250 Grams
Chana dal 1/2 Cup
Fennel seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Oil 1 Tablespoons
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Urad dal 1 Teaspoons
Curry leaves 2 Springs
Turmeric 1 Pinch
Hing 1 Pinch
Salt To taste
Chopped onions 1 Numbers
Chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
Garam masala 1/4 Teaspoons


Directions:
1. First soak the chana dal for 3 hours.

2. In a blender add soaked chana dal, fennel seeds make it into a coarse paste.

3. In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds when they splutter add cumin seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and prepared chana dal coarse paste, saute it and add turmeric, hing saute it till the dals are slightly change the color.

4. Add chopped onions, chopped beans, salt, chilli powder mix it well and cook it for 3 minutes.

5. Add garam masala and switch off the flame.

6. Serve this with rice or rotis
